What You Need

Bread Flour- You can use all-purpose flour if you don’t have bread flour.

Salt & Sugar- Key flavor ingredients that are likely already in your pantry.

Water- I used warm tap water.

Active Yeast- I used ‘Fleischmann’s Active Yeast.’

Tips For The Best Italian Bread

* Sprinkle a little garlic powder or Italian seasoning on top for extra flavor.

*DON’T UNDER-KNEAD! Knead the dough for 10 minutes. Under-kneading will make dense bread!

* Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
