    In a bowl, mix honey, peanut butter, and oats until well combined. If adding chocolate chips, fold them into the mixture last. 

  2. Chill

    Chill for 20–30 minutes

    Once chilled, scoop 1.5 tbsp and roll into bite-sized balls. Enjoy!
