I use it for rice, soups, pasta, and simple weeknight meals when I want food to taste more homemade without adding extra stress.

  1. Heat the water.

    Pour 2 cups of water into a small pot and place over medium heat.

  2. Add the ingredients.

    Add the chicken bouillon cubes and onion powder.

  3. Stir and simmer.

    Stir until the bouillon dissolves completely. Let the broth simmer gently for about 10–15 minutes. For a slightly stronger flavor, leave the lid cracked open while it simmers.

  4. Cool

    For cooking, use immediately. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before storing.
