BEET SWEET JUICE?!
First, I didn't like them even though they are FULL of nutritional value! They were always disgusting, and to me personally, tasted like eh..dirt.
However, after testing and critiquing numerous juice recipes, I've found one that I drink weekly, which I call my 'Morning Glow Beet Sweet Juice'.

Beets- All you need is one large beet.
Navel Oranges- Oranges are a key ingredient you don't want to leave out.
Lemon- The lemon balances the sweetness of the juice, giving it a zing!
Sweet Potatoes- These add additional sweetness, plus they are high in fiber. If you don't have these on hand, you can substitute with 3-4 large carrots.
Ginger- Ginger pairs well with navel oranges and lemon. It also has numerous health benefits. Such as anti-inflammatory effects that can help reduce pain and swelling associated with conditions like arthritis and period cramps.

1. Wash all produce well to remove any dirt or residue.
2. Peel and cut beets, oranges, sweet potatoes, lemon, and ginger into pieces so that all ingredients will fit easily into your juicer's feed chute.
3. For the best flavor and maximum nutritional benefits, drink your juice as soon as you make it. The nutrients begin to break down over time due to oxidation.
